How long does the whole process take?
From approved quote to completed fence is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on permit approval timeline (usually 5–15 business days) and your scheduling preference.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Not necessarily, but we strongly recommend it for gate measurements and final sign-off. If you can't be home, let your Project Manager know in advance.
What if I need changes mid-project?
Message your Project Manager directly in the customer portal. Minor changes (gate placement, height adjustments) can often be accommodated without a new quote.
What happens if something is wrong after installation?
Don't sign off. Click "Report an Issue" in the portal with photos. We schedule corrections within 5 business days under your workmanship warranty.
