Common Questions

How tall can chain-link fencing go?

We install chain-link in common heights of 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12 feet. For anything over 8 feet, we use heavier-gauge posts and bracing.

Will chain-link rust?

Galvanized chain-link is naturally rust-resistant for 15–20 years. Vinyl-coated chain-link is even more corrosion-resistant. Expect some surface rust at cut ends after 5–10 years.

Can I add privacy slats later?

Yes β€” privacy slats can be woven through any existing chain-link fence without replacing the fence itself.
